Here we go again with another USBI victim!! These people do not have a physical address, they give you the runaround on the telephone if you have a valid number to reach them, (I guess I was one of the "un" lucky ones) and furthermore they do not stop placing the charges on my bill.

When finally reached for comment after getting 4 different people on the line, I was informed that I had made a call to Northern Quebec - which of course - I did not make. There is a solution....

You are not required to pay for any additional charges from outside companies that appear on your phone bill. Simply pay the balance without the charges or the taxes from the USBI billing page and allow the outstanding balance for that company add up. Once the phone company gets enough outstanding bills that are causing them paperwork and telephone headaches, maybe the phone company themselves will take matters into their hands.

This is what we have decided to do and so far we only have $32. + worth of charges, but trust me - Qwest will not let this get very big before they do some investigating on their own. (or any other telephone provider as far as that goes.)
