My wife had an unusual billing charge from Flate Rate Long Distance, INC. (the phone is in her name only) and a phone # for billing questions (1-866-408-7109). I did a search on the number and came up with USBI. She had called the number above to inquire about the charges and was informed that it was I that had setup the changes for our long distance carrier except i never had done such a thing. The interesting part is that they informed us that it was done over the internet and they had MY name (where did they get my name from). I do not talk on the phone or even care too!! They had given my wife a conformation # to give her phone company (AT&T). We will see what will come of this, stay tuned...
