USBI Got my phone bill today and couldn't believe that I owed that much! Noticed that beside my unlimited calling plan I was being charged for all my long distance phone calls by USBI Onelink Comm. Alamogordo, New Mexico

I contacted my phone company and asked about what plan I was on. I stated that I still had my unlimited calls for 20.00 a month and my international calling plan was still in effect! I was still paying my plans and was being billed by USBI outrages fees!

I call USBI and they stated that someone in my home had authorized the change. I asked if it had been me and they said no, I told them that my phone service was in my name and I was the one who paid the bill. He told me that anyone over the age of 18 can make the change and it had been my husband. Asked them to get me off that service immediately. He said that he would call me with the recording where my husband had talked to them. Up to this point I have not heard from them.

I found out that they had call before and I had warned my telephone company back in January and February of this year, to please advise me if any changes occured in my service, because of a very suspicious call I got from them. I told them I was not intrested and hung up, they called me seven times right after that. I made it clear every time to not call anymore and they kept calling me in spanish! 

My phone company had no clue when I talked to them they said this company had just changed the code to my calls for them to bill me. I went back and saw where they had been adding one call and their service charge, then the next month they added two calls..ect..ect...last month they charged me all my international calls! this month they just went all the way.

I know for a fact that this company keeps calling me in spanish, trying to get me to accept a phone card. I kept saying no and to take me off their calling list, my husband said he recieved a call about a calling card also and they wanted to know his name and his address that is when he said he didn't want it. I have no idea how they do this. I never noticed their charges because I have my service of telephone, cable and cell phone all together. I don't know how I was so blind and never questioned all these charges from them.

I am so upset and wonder how this company can continue to do this to people, especially people with limited income! I feel so helpless and feel like my hands are tied behind my back. I wonder how long they been doing this to me, I am going to look for all my past telephone bills and find out!
