My Qwest telephone bill had a charge from USBI for a total of 15.51. For a service called CHEAP2DIAL. I've never heard of this. I was never contacted about signing up for anything.

This is unauthorized and I something is done about it. It's Sunday and Qwests customer service is closed. I tried calling the 1-888-481-8724 number for USBI that was on my bill and got a message to call back within business hours of 7am - 7pm M-F.
