I went to resell 2 of them and got my listings deleted and they were labeled as copyright infringement or trademark violations. After doing more thorough research about this it's because the jerseys have poor stitching underneath, are NOT authorized sellers for Nike products which I did not know this at the time and even though they include the tags they do not include the hologram Nike provides on their legitimate products and the "product number" they provide on the jock tag of the jersey does not exist. Fully exploiting these jerseys as to be nothing but imitation and counterfeit items.
In PayPal policy since the payment was done through them they require you to file a dispute and then escalate a claim if nothing can be resolved. So it was safe to say after being told by this company I would have to shell out the money to return the products all the way to china which is not cheap for 4 jerseys only then would they refund me $98 of the $118. After I escalated it to a claim in PayPal, Paypal came to the conclusion I must pay shipping out of pocket and send the items back and provide a tracking number before I can get any sort of refund and then the funds would only release after the company in China had received it.
Note: The simple fact of Paypal wanting me to do this is ILLEGAL. You are NOT allowed to send counterfeit items in U.S. Mail yet somehow these scam artists from China get away with it by the thousands every day every year. Now I'm stuck and not knowing what to do with no resolution.
In the chat transcript they claimed I would not win this claim and they are most likely right because PayPal is a horrible company for this as well. Normally it's supposed to be the BUYER winning these claims for obvious reasons. In the PayPal terms it even states counterfeit items will be requested to be destroyed and all money paid will be refunded. Yet they decide on telling me to ship the items back that are counterfeit - which is an illegal decision.
Stay away from these companies and especially any China company that claims they are selling "authentic" NFL jerseys because they are lying to you to get your money and they know they won't have to answer to any consequences so it's a scam all the way around. STAY AWAY!
