usdirectexpress customer service rep Robbie rude unhelpful and lied to me I got supervisor Robert he just told me to shut up and hung up leaving me to hear there recorded message. Two months in a row they took my money out of my account with out my knowledge San Antonio, Texas

Last month they took out 120.00 but I got it back and a new card . This month they got me for 74.00 and I have to wait 3 months for a refund or credit to my card. Coustomer service was rude unhelpful and it cost me 4.00 plus 13.50 for a replacement card. Im worried about next month.
