Usenext offered a free 14 day trial saying you had to pay 1 Euro on your pay pal account to register.

Fristly they took the one euro twice and never responded when I complained.  A day before the trial ended they sent an invoice for 96 Euros for a year subscription.  I had not been able to use it and I went straight to their site to cancel.  Emailed support to cancel.  Went into my pay pal to discover that they had already deducted the funds twice!

pay pal would not do anything about it supposedly I had agreed to this which I definitely did not.  I have emailed to no avail and have been on their supposed support line wasting a lot of money and a great deal of time to be told after 20 minutes that the volume of calls I should call back.  I have lost 190 Euros for a service I do not want have no intention of using.  This is theft and no one seems to be able to help.

USENEXT is in fact a FRAUD!

AUTHOR: DominikRichard - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 01, 2012

By consulting the balance of my bank account, I'm pretty disappointed that the transfer disputed on PayPal has been made for the benefit of UseNeXT.

USENEXT did not consider my arguments and documents submitted and the severity of the situation: I have been therefore a victim of a fraud and sharp dealing.

It turns out that UseNeXT extorts with impunity and that victims, so to stop the unauthorized transfer, must close their accounts PayPal.

No, USENEXT demonstrated that is in fact a FRAUD!

Dear Francis,

First of all we are very sorry if you had any problems with our service.

Since we are keen on clarifying any misunderstandings we would like to explain all about our website. UseNeXT is a provider that offers access to the usenet. It works similar to an internet provider. The usenet is a worldwide network of servers and newsgroups, which can be entered via so called newsgroup readers. UseNeXT comes with easy-to-use software for those readers.

In order to gain access to the usenet via UseNeXT you need to sign up on our website. After that you enter the free trial period which lasts for 14 days. As mentioned several times during the sign up process as well as in the TOS (which have to be accepted by the customer) you have to cancel our service during the trial period if you do not want your membership to be converted into a paid contract. You can cancel anytime via mail, email, Support inquiry or simply by using the Cancel Button in the member area.

Referring to your complaint it seems possible that you accidentally signed up twice on our website. However, we also cannot rule out technical problems with our servers. In order to find out the reason for this problem we kindly ask you to send us an email to mediarelations@binverse.com with the email address you used for signing up. We will do our best to find a satisfactory solution for you.

Best regards,

Your UseNeXT Team
