the company says you can order your meds cheap on line and you send them your copy of your prescription to some address that isnt there, and they say they will charge your credit card after your prescription has been approved ten tey say you have a thirty day free enrollment trial for a rx card and they will not bill you till your 30 days is up. but tey never check your prescription and tey charged my credit card the same day for the 19.95 fee and when i tried to call them on the number tey gave me at the time, the number does not go through and when you email tem they will just keep giving you a correspondence number and it goes on and on its all bogas you can never get a hold of anyone and tey keep chargeing your credit card each month under different names. and its hard to stop tem short of cancelling your credit card.

Frontierpharmacies.com is a mail order pharmacy that works with websites to fulfill your medication requested. On most situations, you were billed by the website you order from.
As of April 16th, 2008, we do no longer work with the websites that most customers ordered from, therefore we have no way of crediting or refunding charges. Our suggestion is to contact the credit card company or bank you used to pay your order with and ask to dispute the charges. You will most likely get an immediate credit posted to your account and the credit card company or bank will contact the company that billed you and ask for them to prove that services were rendered.
If you do have a pending approved order with us, you will receive a separate email instructing you on how to obtain it.
We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience, and we are doing everything we can to help.
