They sent us a bill for $425. It stated it was for a warranty that covers preventative maintenance. It didn't describe what it was maintaining, service periods or an account number. When I called them, the phone kept dropping the call. When I finally got through, the "representative" said it was for an offer, not an invoice. I informed him I would be reporting his company.
