Utilities Inc gets ok By ICC to raise water bill 300 percent! My water bill went from $30.00 every quarter to $357.00 in one month. second bill was $100.00 and I was on vacation out west for 30 days! I had meter checked by company. I have written to Doug Scott head of ICC in Illinois and talked with  Representative Pamela Altoff, Mchenry County Ill. Very helpful...however Utilities Inc has no apologies and is charging more for water than for electric or gasoline..or natural gas...My com Ed bill is 75.00 My Nicor bill id 45.00 and My well water which has ruined cloths in My home and tastes horrible is 357.00 per month. Lisa Sparrow CEO inc Altamonte Springs , Fla shame on You! and ICC Illinos shame on You....Stay out of Illinois everyone where, Your home values go down, and Your taxes go up....and utility companys are allowed to triple Your bills over night and two governors are in jail....And gasoline is highest in Country and tollroads are outrageous... signed
