These scammers call you and offers to pay on your behalf any kind of utility bills,credit card bills,loans etc 

The catch is basically they will make the payment first and asks you that you verify from your utility company that the payment has been recieved which actually looks like they are legit and then they would ask you to give them back 50% or 40% or whatever they can convince you to give them back of the amount they deposited into your account in the form of "CASH" only-

They do not accept any other form of payment (since it could be reversed or traceable)-

Then they will provide you a bank account number of a US based bank so you can deposit the 50% or 40% of the amount that they had paid into your bill payment usually they will ask that you deposit the cash within 48-72 hours-

Now here is the SCAM-Once you have deposited the cash into thier account -The money that had paid into your utility bill account or credit card account or any other account will be reversed and you will be left with nothing!!!!!

They usually call from google voice numbers and claim that they can pay your bills through vouchers converted into credit cards etc (whatever the sales pitch they give -DONOT listen or you will loose your hard earned $$$)
