Utility Management Association Company sold us bogus Material that was supposed to cut our energy bills. Gave a 5 year guarantee. 5 years up, and we sent our bilols to them,showing no saving. Returned, and also phones don't work. We need help getting our $4016 back. Belden (or Tupelo) Mississippi

 We had the "insulating" product installed on 7/15/09.  We never found any improvement in our electric bills in the first year at all.  We had been given a 5 year guarantee, and kept all the bills.  It has been 5 years, so we sent a copy of all the bills, as requested on the guarantee certificate, to the company at their Belden MS address.  The package was returned for better address.  I found telephone numbers for the Belden office and one in Tupelo, and both have been disconnected.  We would like any help we can get in trying to get our money back, and to get them punished.  Please let us know what to do next.
