UTLS Default Services, LLC was banned from texas and Florida for not paying taxes. Department of Finance suspended them. They bite both sides of the apple. They don't only steal your home, they steal from the government (don't pay taxes), file bankruptcy every 7 years (were LandAmerica OneStop), are part of a major co-conspiracy that is defrauding Wall Street, the government programs and milking everyone to get every penny and every home illegally. They know the law and they know how to beat the law, especially in non-judicial foreclosure states because it's just that...

NO JUSTICE, no police, no regulators (they are broke so they say...no govt. funding to regulate), they are not afraid to file fraud upon the court, they are not afraid to file bogus documents that are forged, fabricated and without authority in the County Recorder because they either pay them off to be quiet or the County Recorders as you know only look for recording requirements. UTLS will never return your phone calls if you can get through to them because their voicemail is always full. They will tell you to submit all requests in writing and they use your requests for scratch paper. No one reads them, they don't respond to them.

UTLS Default Services, LLC is supose to be a Substitute Trustee where you can cure a default. I offered them 300k case from my rich uncle and they would not accept it. They would not tell me the loan number they were foreclosing or the beneficiary of the loan they were foreclosing because they act like they are robots and told me the lender gave them strict instructions not to disclose the loan number or beneficiary. They told me I would have to find out myself. They made themselves the Substitute Trustee from a beneficiary lender that was long refinanced and was out of business for years. They knew I was on disability and could not afford an attorney. I sent them 27 Qualified Written Requests and sent them to every "pretender lender" in the chain of title.

Problem was, they forged my signature and modified the loan so I didn't know who was the beneficiary and for the last ten months all the servicers/lenders I had ever paid all denied having my loan anymore. I then filed bankruptcy and UTLS Default Services, LLC hired an attorney to do a Motion for relief from Stay days before my discharge and over a month after the Trustee fully administered the case and the estate was empty so there was no one to object. When I objected, Bayview loan servicing all of sudden stepped in and said they were the beneficiary, lender, etc. and that was after Bayview answered all my letters saying they didn't know who had the NOTE or where it was and they were not the lender or creditor. This whole conspiracy was created with UTLS Default Services, LLC and Nationstar Mortgage, LLC at the helm of a huge conspiracy and raqueteering. 

I know what comes around goes around and I know for a fact that impending doom is their destiny individually and collectively. They don't pay the folks that do their BPO's, they don't pay their bills and they have a bimbo named Norma who sounds sweet and says to submit your requests in writing and hangs up.

The worst part was my uncle tried desperately to wire them 300 thousand dollars cash to pay off my loan so I didn't have to move and they would not take it...because the loan they were alleging had already been paid off as a loan loss and no longer existed. They are a debt collector, do not have legal title or any title and do not file the law. 

but why should they? the courts dont make them, they are not regulated, no one monitors the documents recorded and they pay off BFP's to continue the fraud and carry the baton. They are the scum of the earth and people you warn your kids about and to stay away from. One would think you can't be human without a heart, and well, they are the best robots. All of their documents are notarized by several people using the same stamp and same for the alleged authorized signers. they are scum of the earth and they are so good at lying, defrauding and stealing homes that you MUST get an attorney STAT or else your house and spirit and life will be gone like that!
