UVS Litigation Scam, litigation, payroll, garnish, UVS Internet

Was contacted by this company on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, saying they were demanding payment of a loan from 2009. (It sounded as if the woman I spoke to was eating the entire time we were on the phone) The problem is, I never had a loan. I asked to be provided with documentation proving this was authentic, I was told, "We don't have to send you anything." The woman on the phone then said, "We'll forward this to your company's HR department for payroll garnishment." When I told her she would not, since I never had the loan, and would not be paying since she can not provide documentation showing it's legit, and that if he tried I'd hire a lawyer, she told me to "shut up" and they'd not only see me in court, but press felony charges against me. I said, "Shut up?... Fine, take me to court. I'll get a lawyer and counter-sue." She then said, "In the mean time, we'll be garnishing your wages." and hung up on me.

I called back, and she answered the phone with, "Don't be calling us back, Mr. ____." I said, "As you said before, shut up." She said, "Tell yo mama to shut up, bi***," and hung up on me. I called back and got another woman. I asked for the company's info, and was told they don't give that out. I said, "You don't give out your company's name, address, or anything? Coupled with the fact that I was just told that your company will not provide documentation that the charge is authentic, proves this is a scam." She immediately hung up.
