vacation property marketing, inc. charged our cc 12 days before we signed the contract, charged $650 for advertising the WRONG property!!! Internet

Vacation Property Marketing, Inc. charged $649 to advertise our timeshare which is in New Jersey, but actually listed a property in Pennsylvania in their ad.  They charged our credit card 12 days before we actually signed the contract.  Our bank won't reverse the charges because we didn't act within their 7 day recission period....even tho' we hadn't even signed the contract within that 7 day period. 

They were persistent and promised that people were "waiting in line" for our property.....the contract they sent actually listed the incorrect property and we inadvertently signed the contract with the wrong property listed.....Fairway at Treetops vs Fairway Villas....our/their mistake.  Even after I called and said I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund since they had done NOTHING for us, they kept the wrong property on the listing.

Just advertise your property yourself....save yourself $649!!!
