I just wanted to let everyone know that this company, buyatimeshare.com..they are a ripoff and a scam!!! like many, they do not do what they say they are going to do. I have been listed with this company for 3 years. I have spent 900 dollars in upfront fees and nothing has happened. They told me that they spend "millions" of dollars in advertising. How does this make any sense? I have never seen a billboard or anything remotely close. They also informed me that they have a telemarketing campaign of employees who actually call people to drive more buyers to my ad. A reliable source tells me that they don't even have such a department. the bottom line is this, do NOT get suckered into this scam. all they are doing is taking people's credit cards and listing theyre timeshare on a website, that supposedly gets tons of traffic. if you go to www.arda.org, (which they are members of) this organization will even tell you NOT to trust companies who ask for upfront fees, and the BEST way to sell your timeshare is thru a REAL ESTATE BROKER. Dont get taken like I did. I tried to reach the owner of the company, but he is never available for conversation. I am currently filing an injunction on this company and I have HUNDREDS of others that will be following suit. buyatimeshare.com does not care about you or selling your timeshare. they just want your credit card!!

BEWARE! do NOT trust ANYONE from BUYATIMESHARE.COM or any of its affiliates. BUYATIMESHARE.COM is a ripoff. Buyatimeshare.com does not sell timeshares. Buyatimeshare.com is a scam! I would suggest you call the branch manager in tampa, I think his name is Luis.

After looking into your account, you have not been listed with our company for only 3 months.  I do not see how we have wronged you before given time to attract about.  Our customer service representative even called you and updated you on 1/15/10.  We have been doing exactly what you contracted us to do. Unfortunately we could not grant a refund simply because you are retired.  You agreed to all terms and conditions of our service, and have been receiving significant traffic on your timeshare with Shearwater Country Club.  We only asked that you keep in contact with us because we cannot seek out every client whose property has not sold immediately.

With our aggressive marketing techniques, we guarantee that we are putting your property in front of the maximum amount of potential buyers possible. So, if you are not getting the desired results for your listing, let us get to work finding a solution!  We have Customer Service representatives available at both our Florida and New Hampshire offices.

Our Florida Office is open Monday through Friday from to , and Saturday from 9AM to 5PM Eastern Standard Time. Representatives can be reached at 1-800-640-6886.  Our New Hampshire office is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8AM to 9PM, Tuesday and Thursday 8AM to 11PM, Saturday 9AM to 5PM, and Sunday 12PM to 8PM Eastern Standard Time.

Representatives can be reached at 1-800-882-0296.  Please contact one of our offices at your earliest conveniences to speak with a customer service representative and resolve your complaint promptly.

Well I am certainly NOT an ex employee as I am a disabled pensioner in Australia. I agree with everything that the first complaint states about this shonky bloody company. They charged us the best part of AU$ 1,600 which we had to put on a credit card as we are pensioners and beleived what Quincy A. Browne told us. q.browne@buyatimeshare.com  We have asked for a refund and explained our circumstances but they do not care. As for keeping in touch with us, here is the response, thanks my arse, thanks for nothing you b*****d !

"Continue to follow up with us every 6-8 weeks if you have not heard from us to keep up with the market and service your account if necessary. thanks"

fake report

AUTHOR: Bryan - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, November 09, 2009

This is a fake report, listed by a disgruntled ex-employee who has been fired from BuyATimeshare.com.  His attempt to blemish the reputation of his former employer is obvious in the use of the owners name.  No client has ever attempted to speak with the proprietor directly, if so, Mr. Kogelman would have returned the call.  There is no information attached to this person either.  The client utilizes the ARDA website, directs you toward a real estate broker, and mentions BuyATimeshare.com a lot at the end, probably in an attempt to flood the search engines.  BuyATimeshare.com works to get all properties sold on the resale market.  As a flourishing company that is dedicated to customer care, if there are any actual consumer with legitimate concerns to the quality of service at BuyATimesahare.com, feel free to contact us directly in New Hampshire at 8008820296, or in Florida at 8006406886.
