 We stayed at Golden Star Upper @ 319 1st street, South Jacksonville, FL 32250 from March 5-12, 2016. The house was said to sleep 12, but only if guests can share a bed! Also, we contacted them immediately because the airconditioner on the lower floor wasn't working. The upper floor was cool. It took from March 5th to March 9th to have a repair person come. The house was unbearable. Two elderly parents suffered and one has asthma. We have been trying to speak to someone at the VRP for weeks. No one returns our calls. We are frustrated.
