A friend booked using my membership and VIP billed her credit card without confirmation. She is a single mom whom has to fight to get money back but no trip for her and her children.
I booked a trip for an employee and Austin Shaw (owner of VIP) billed my credit card under false fraudelent purpose, he knoew he was doing midnight move. billed my card but no trip for my employee, I had to scramble and find accomodations for him and his family. first family trip ever for them.
Austin is a con artist. his employees Jeff, Lisa, Morgan and Nick are just as guilty and I look forward to the day the are all found and justice serves!
they have stolen from my friends and my family knowing what they were doing. this is not only unlawful, but truly disgusting.
