Vale Decem LLC A Fraud Online Company , Internet

this company vale decem , denver      is a totally fraud company who promises too many things but dont provides you any thing ,    what  they are giving you are the fake words and promises ......   

he was sending me too many good offers on my email regarding mobile phones ......   so after finding a competitive rates from the market .....i have ordered 3 refurb apple Iphones from him ...  he told me to make the payment to his company a/c by wire transfer .....  by after making the payment he told me that 20$ is less credited in his a/c and so he's not able send me three Pcs ,  but he can send 2 pcs if i want and refund me the rest of the money .......  

so i accepted his terms and told him to send me the 2 pcs and my rest of the money back ......  then after two-three days he provide me a fake fedex tracking no .....  , but now its more than 30 days and i dont receive my product  yet .....   not he stops replying to my mails , and receiving the phones also ........    

i dont know what to do now as i am from India .......
