Valerie Houde Uneekwity Sent me 2 letters asking me to pay for something I never ordered! Havertown PA

I received 2 letters from a company.  The letterhead said it was "Institute of Business Publications".  One was labeled "Continuation Notice" and the other was labeled "Invoice".  Each one also had a form called "W-9", Request for Taxpayer Indentification Number and Certification".  

The "Continuation" letter said: "Thank you for agreeing to a trial subscription to OSHA Compliance News, the No. 1 source of information to help managers stay current with safety regulations." "Pleas pay this notice to subscribe for a full year of 24 issues."

The "invoice" letter said: OSHA Compliance News is the No. 1 source of information to help managers stay current with safety regulations."

Each letter also has three lines that say:

"Tax Information:

Institute of Business Publications, LLC

Tax Identification Number: 81-0554010"

Both letters said I owed $249.  I have never heard of this company, don't care about OSHA regulations other than their application where I work, and never ordered anything about OSHA compliance.  Uneekwity is a home-based business that employs only me so I knew these were a scam the second I opened them.
