A great place to get decieved!  Get rid of Jim Koch immediately if you want to stay in business. Trust me on this one bud. On a visit to the service center they quoted me an excellent price for " parts only " then charged me nearly quadruple after the service work was finished for labor without my knowledge or consent. Bait and switch is illegal bud. That doesn't impede their poor service and corner cutting corruption though. After I became visually very aggravated to the service manager,  the owner, Ron Claudon Jr. came out and said, " We can just take your new tires and brake pads off and put the old ones on and you can be on your way."  He was certainly a guy who had been handed the golden spoon for his entire life. I felt like I was talking to an adult child of an Alcoholic. Mr  Fraudon disappears  towards my car curiously with a pair of steel cutters in his hand for a few minutes and returns thereafter with the General Manager. Enter "Jim Koch the skin bald guy dressed like Willy Wonka in a turquoise tie and brown 3 piece suit and Aviator glasses? Kook Alert! "

He said he would take care of me and cover the difference and that he was sorry, even give me a temporary rental. I calm down, go back to my Jeep Cherokee in the service lot. I start the car and it wont even drive! I opened the hood and the belt was cut! Cleanly cut like it was done on purpose. I was just astonished and even more pissed off. Which apparently I heard made Mr. Fraudon and the Jim Koch smile? I went back to speak with Mr. Fraudon and Jim Koch back at the used car building. On the way to speak to them,  Ron Fraudon ( the owner ) steps right up in my face with sunglasses on and threatened me getting up in my personal space about 2 inches from my face like children do at recess when the bully wants to pick a fight. I was thinking to myself that this 51 year old man had no idea how to handle customer service. I calmly said to him, "if you have the guts to get up in my face take off those stupid sunglasses and look me in the eyes." He took two steps back and removed his sun glases and smiled like something funny happened

After doing tons of research on this dealership and their staff. I learned that they prey on the vulnerable ill informed customers. Lie to them and also doctor the GMC surveys to make them look like they are so great in customer ratings They regularly stock and sell vehicles with bent frames, blown head gaskets, unreported accidents. Then when the nice elderly grandmas  with complaints and other folks that travel out of the way to get "THE BEST PRICE?"  Jim Koch, tells them to kindly POUND SAND! Life is just not fair! They are generally employing  salesmen with tainted histories like child rapist sex offenders, convicted felons, methed out prostitutes, domestic abusers, violent stalkers with restraining orders, narcotic addicts, and other very shady people that can't attain employment elsewhere. They then take as much from their pockets like they do their customers.

I tripped and fell at Valley Buick GMC injuring my spine severely in a darkened stairwell with no handrail. Here is the type of  men that Ron Claudon, Jim Koch and those other shady snakes  are. They are protesting my injury saying that I had the injury pre-existing and not paying a red cent for anything. I guess that Valley Buick GMC has created some deep long term resentments in me that I promise will be resolved one way or the other sooner or later. Do yourself a favor. Don't trust this dealer  take your money elsewhere. CROOKS!!

Before you give anyone your FICO score or social security number there ask the salesman, " Are you a convicted felon or do you have any criminal history." Get it in writing too. No..... Just get out of Valley Buick GMC. They are going to be out of business very soon. Just watch.
