I purchased new expensive dining room chairs. They are an oatmeal color so I had the fabric protection applied as recommended by the furniture store. After time went on the chemical has darkened. You can see the spray pattern going up and down and back and forth on the chairs. The chairs are the correct color were the protection wasn't applied in areas that they missed. I filed a claim and was denied as they said that wasn't possible. I then asked for MSDS sheets to verify at a lab that it was possibly for these chemicals to darken. They then came back to say that their product was never applied by this furniture store. I have all my documentation, the Valspar sales rep that says it was their product and the furniture store saying it was their product. They will not acknowledge any of this. My next step is small claims court.
