Valuation vision V2 I use to work there ! Please do not sign with this company Carlsbad Internet

Ok so this will be long !!! First off they hire anyone! No interview no nothing just come in and you start. They advise us to start calling brokers to see if they will accept bpo's but we have no idea when you will be actually paid . It's states 30 days and that's what we are trained to say but no one knows anything . Everyday was a new list they were making or we are just waiting for some bank to partner with us . Bull crap!!! The owner is a snob who has no intentions of hiring people on to permeant employees . We all our temps . All of us !! they will probably never pay you and if you call in angry we are told to block your ability to pick up bpo's . And if we do get calls were people are angry they would all joke and laugh about it . This "company" is a complete joke . They are constantly cutting hrs or people because they can't afford it but they keep building the office and the CEO has a brand new car .  the people who still work there probably are sitting on egg shells about to get the boot . Yes I was let go but I found another company  . Yes a real company that I'm super thankful for . I wish someone would have posted this when I first heard about this scam . One time I sat on the phone with a broker who drove all over and completed the bpo 's over 20 times and never got paid her lights were going off you think they care ? No they get about 30-100 bucks per order they are getting paid but you are not. they do get paid don't let them tell you they are not  . Trust me of they call hang up or work and not get paid up to you ! Oh and the CEO will lie her butt off . They basically teach us to lie and say just about anything for you to believe us and to get you off the phone . we had people quit because how bad they felt . thid company was a spin off company to appraisal loft the same people who worked there opened this company that old company was shut down because they didn't pay . Sound familiar to valuation vision ??
