value city youngstown, ohio uniters warranty company did not honor my 7 yr warranty that was purchased. my furniture is only 4 yrs.old.we spent thousands of dollars on our living romm furniture. the fabric on the cushions bubbled and pealed off .we sent many letters, called frequntly.sent pictures of the damage...with no response for honest assistance.  Youngstown,ohio

they say our warranty does not cover that type of damage.I would like to know what good is it to prurchase a warranty if they have these fine lines that say "it is not covered by your warranty"? i am totally disappointed , will spread the word of my poor experience with this company and will never shop at value city again. i've wasted lots of time and energy trying to get help with my problem.it all falls on deaf ears...nobody cares to honor the customer's needs.shame on them..

uniters warranty which is used for value city furniture is worthless. they do not honor a customer's need for repair when furniture that was purchased becomes damaged. the warranty is a waste of money. i will never shop at value city again and will spread the word of my disappointing expereienc with these companies.
