This company called Value plus have taken money out of my account since may of 2008. I just realized this a month ago and canceled with my bank and called them and canceled this so-called membership.
I have had several bills come and go, so i did not pick up on it til now. I sent a letter telling them i want all my money back immediately and they have 30 days to refund me. I sent the letter a week ago and have not heard from them.
I have filed a report with the BBB and with my local Attorney General and let them know (value plus) that I have filed a complaint with those two.
I hope I get my money back all $698.25 of it. Is there any suggestions for me or something that will help to get my money back or a response from them?

I signed up with them just to check them out and get the "free gifts".
Once I got my log on to their webpage and saw what a mess that was, I called to see what their customer service was like.
HORRIBLE
Also they send you a "claim form" for the gifts, which I returned immediately only to get yet the "next level" claim form in the mail.
Luckily I saw what was up in time to report my card "stolen".
RIPOFF STAY AWAY!
