Ordered glasses from valueglasses.com on 2-13-2006.

My invoice stated, "Your order will be processed if there is no errors with your prescription and you will have the item in 10 to 15 days. For Bifocals and Progressive glasses there will be an extra few days added."

My glasses did not have anything special like bifocals, etc. It is 3-25-2006 and I still do not have my order. I have emailed them 6 times to 3 different email addresses.

I have left 3 messages on voicemail. Now when I call the phone goes to a full mailbox. So I printed my invoice, added questions and faxed it to them. Still no response.

That was 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. My credit card was charged fast enough.

The thing that really makes me mad is I need these glasses to see. My old ones are really scratched. I wish they would send the glasses or refund me. At least answer me!
