Vanderbilt Mortage And Finance Vanderbilt is nothing more than a rip-off artist Maryville Tennessee

I had a mortgage with Oakwood Acceptance which later became Vanderbilt. These people are nothing more than rip-off artists!!!!! When they called themselves Oakwood, they would call me up to ten times a day every day at my place of employment. I told them to stop calling me at work, or else I would be fired. I then contacted the local Attorney General's office (numerous times), they also told Oakwood to stop calling me at work or else I would be fired. Well, after I was fired because these folks would not stop calling me there, they started calling themselves Vanderbilt (same cast of characters, just different company name) and found out where I was working and the nonsense started all over again.

Eventually, I paid off my trailer, atleast according to several judges, and the local Attorney General's office, it still cost me over $6,000 for Vanderbilt to acknowledge that fact. Well, it took Vanderbilt 2 months to send me my title, according to Virginia State Law, they are to send the title within 30 days. 4 months after I received my title, Vanderbilt started calling me again, stating that I'm several months behind in my payments. I stated to them that I have the clear title in my hot little hands and if they would like to receive anymore money from me to take me to court. I have not heard back from them since. I fail to see how these people can remain in business.
