VANDERBILT MORTGAGE MONEY HUNGRY, COLD HEARTED, CHANGES EXCUSES WHERE MONEY GOES, RIPOFF Maryville Tennessee

4 years ago my husband i bought a house. We were finance through conseco for $46,899.00. Well unfornatuely vanderbilt bought our loan. We've called vanderbilt on many occasions to find out what our balance of our loan to see how much we dented it. however, paying over $30,000 for 4 years not a dime ever went to our principal. We had one excuse after another. Excuses from different workers...

"After 2 years of interest then money will got towards principal," "for the first 4 years is just interest then principal." "payments were late cause not in a 30 day window." "latest excuse was we had to pay the SAME DAY each month. if not they penalized and put our entire payment to interest and then penalized out loan.

so now intead of making a dent vanderbilt has tacked more on to our loan. now we owe $47070.00. when tried to let them take the house they threatened us and told us that they would ganish our taxes, sell the house and we would pay what was left. threaten us with lawyers.

We all so need to get to gether and fight this cause they are just scaring people into taking the beating they are giving everyone. Has anyone let them repo? and what happen?
