Vanderbilt Mortgage, Ripoff, Dishonest And Very Rude!! Maryville Tennessee

Our home was originally financed through a well known bank. Then it was transferred to Vanderbilt Mortgage. We originally financed 31,300 for our home that was 6 years ago. We just called vanderbilt to get the payoff amount and they said we owe $27000.

How can that be? Over the 6 years we have had this we have paid $25,200. And the ONLY information we can get out of Vanderbilt is the payoff information , nothong else. When we try and get other information they get very rude with us. We are looking to sell this house but now I am kinda scared about sending Vanderbilt payoff!! HELP!!!!!!
