vanguard group without any notice they can lock you out of your account pa

When I opened a bussiness account at vanguard they decided to place a one week hold on my personal account. for one week I was not able to buy, sell or transfer funds. They did this without any prior notice or notification after the fact.  

There did not seem to be any logical conclusion that my personal account would be affected by an action taken on a completely different account. because of this it is imposible to know if and when they will choose to place a hold on my account. At any time there may be a hold due to some acction I may have taken previously. In order to make sure that I have full access to my account i would have to conduct some transaction daily.  

Unfortunaley after being notified of this and they acknowleging the error, they still are unable to remove this hold.
