Vanndecars Trading Corporation VTC Tractor for sale and wanted me to register on a website that was not legit. Fermont Quebec

Responded to a tractor for sale on line ad on kijiji.  Sent email. waited approx 1 week for response. They responded with an email with link to register on a web site, explaining if I was interested that I could buy the tractor and they would pay for shipping or I could pick it up.  The place to pick it up described in the email was Fermont, Quebec, Canada. 

They had a warehouse there and that is where the tractor was being held.  The story was this was a women who's father had passed away and she didn't know much about tractors and was just trying to sell his equipment. The tractor was listed for $10,500.  The ad had high quality, multiple pictures which matched the description.  The deal was too good to be true.

  A quick comparison to similiar tractors and they were listing in the $25k to $30K range.  The link did not work and my virus detector warned me from going any further. Upon more investigation, the location mentioned above is a small mining town in northern Quebec.  There is no business named Vanndecars Trading Corporation in that town nor was there any phone/business registered in that name. 

When searching for the name of the business online, there is no website, but some review sites that seem legit at first, but after reading a few of them it's obvious there is something wrong with the whole thing. Some of the reviews stated that this company will pay for shipping and will also pay for insurance and a 10 day or two weeks trial period and if you were not satisfied that you could return the purchase with no problems. 

Other reviews stated that this company was legit and people were very happy with this service. The reviews described people buying cars, trucks, boats, etc. After doing some of this research I decided that this is a scam and stopped the email correspondence with the scammer.
