Vantage point services Accusing fraud and threatening jail if restitution is not paid within 45 minutes - saying they are police Internet

Ny wife was called from Vantage point services. the lady who started the call said her name was Lt Edwards with the littleton police department and they were investigating some bads checked written from 5 years ago, she stated that this was a 1st class felony and it will be 105 months in arapahoe county jail mandatory. 

They then transfered my wife to LT Wilcox in warrants and he said a warrant for her arrest will be issed in 45 minutes unless she pay 1300 dollars. He even left a voicemail on her phone saying she had 27 mins before they were going to come and arrest her.

My wife worring for her life paid the $1300 over the phone and got a email confirmation the money transfered. IN the mean time she was online and saw the other rip off reports. Called vantage point right back and demanded a refund for being scammed, Lt edards laughed and said you got scammed an hung up the phone.

Police report was filed however we were told that unless the federal goverment does somthing they cant do any about it because its out of state, They also said that this happens about 5 times a week. 

When I called the number and talked to LT Edwards, She stated that I cant find her and never will and to get a life. I have called back everyday and they answer the phone, PROCESSING, and I will ask for Willcox or Edwards and Wilcox wil answer the phone, Warrants, in the background you can hear a tone of other vocies, a full call center. 

This company is ripping people off all day, everyday, and walk away free and clear. Call the number and find out,  this is clearly illegal and so many ways and I hope some goverment officals will do something about middle class americans being scammed and nothing is being done about it.
