Vantage Student Services Guthrie Silkwood COMPLETE FRAUDSTERS , LIERS & THIEVES Phoenix Arizona

Guthrie Silkwood personally scammed our company out of a measly $5,000.00 USD back in early 2015. I told Guthrie I would eventually write something on rippoff report to expose his fraud. I dont expect to ever receive the money back as he promised us dozens of times that he would return it. We transffered the funds to Lindsey Briker which is his babies mother. I do not believe Lindsey had any knowledge of the scam Guthrie was doing but he did use her account. I understand that Guthrie has a problem with Drugs and Alcahol which was probably why he stole our money in the first place.I hope Mr. Silkwood gets his life together and there are no more victims. 

 Folks I'm sorry. I said that this company that posted these false statements was World Leads. The company is actually called World Real Estate Leads. You can google them and see that I'm not the only person who had a problem with their false promises and illegal lead generation. I'd be happy to address any content from this original complaint against me and my company, and would be happy to send all of our LinkedIn correspondence, as well as our emails.

 This report is completely untrue. I have every email thread related to this topic, and would Gladly share them with all who wish to see. This is from a company called Worlwide Leads. I was contacted by their representitive who claimed that they could provide high quality, interested and qualified inbound telephone leads. Our deal was structured on weekly payment terms, so I was to pay for all leads at the end of each week. On the first day, after just a few calls, it was clear that they were using an illegal "press 1" campaign, which is not at all what I agreed to. I immediately called and asked them to cancel the campaign. They proceeded to send about one call every 1-2 minutes. I didn't answer the calls, and again emailed them to stop, at which point I informed them that they were delivering an illegal lead, and I wanted nothing to do with their company or product. I also advised them that I would not pay for this marketing, as it was not what I agreed to purchase, and I had also not taken the calls.

After a week of sending false calls that were never answered, they sent me a bill for $8 THOUSAND DOLLARS! I told them there was no way I was going to pay. At this time, the sales rep used discussing profanity and threatened me physically. He also said that he was going to blast me on every site he could find. I guess he followed up on that threat. For months I was harassed with vulgar phone calls and emails, and the threats of violence continued until I finally called the police. The allegations that my company, or anyone employed at Vantage would commit fraud, or steal our clients personal information is baseless and ridiculous. We've never had a single complaint regarding the theft of information, and out of literally thousands of clients, we received only a handful of complaints, and they were all service related.

I personally addressed each complaint, and resolved them to the best of my ability. I am no longer in the student loan consolidation business, but I do own a company that generates leads in the financial services verticals. I've been on the marketing side of the financial services industry for over 14 years, and have more satisfied clients than I can count, and literally hundreds of letters of reference. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding this matter, or would like to see the chain of threatening and vulgar emails sent to me by not only my sales rep, but also the owner of world leads. This liablous disgusting comment has no place on ripoff report. This site was designed for people to make legitamate complaints and warn future victims of unscrupulous businesses and individuals. Lastly, this "mugshot" and allegation of criminal charges is laughable.
