We have sold over 20 franchises and had no issue and have another 7 being developed . The situation at hand with this complaint from Michael Poggi owner of the millionaire club (otherwise known as the scam club with no money) has his own "ripe off report" That was written about him 8 months before he wrote this about us so we aren't responding in anger. Legally in franchising we have to disclose lawsuits we are in and we tell all our new franchisees about this law suit and sense it started we have sold 6 more locations and people don't question. Michael poggi took 180k from his investors $150k for a area development fee and 30k for three location franchise fee. he gave the three investors 50% to split while he kept 50% of the company for him self! (THAT DOESNT SOUND FARE!) In this this area development program he owned the rights to the palm beach county area to build 20 locations over 10 years. That would bring $250k and a split royalty stream back to poggi. (Great deal right?!) So Michael poggi opens his first store whithin the first 3 weeks his store had hit $800 days ($400 profit) and was starting to pick up nicely and faster then average! In this time he had his strange monkeys in the shop trying to charge people for photos and people were calling ASPCA on him and the company for animal cruelty for having animals in a vape shop conditions. (Not a good look) So on the 45th day open , poggi calls and says he wants too open cell phone stores now and wants his money back lol. We said sorry it doesn't work like that and lawsuit starts.
