VASA Fitness; Fitness Training, LLC; Paramount Acceptance Would not honor contract. Would not cancel contract. Orem Utah

I started going to the Gym (VASA). In signing up for a gym membership I also signed up for a personal trainer. It was the personal trainer part that was later to cause problems. The problem started when I simply wanted to change the number of times I would meet with the trainer. Instead of 8 times a month, I wanted to meet just 2 times a month. This, I thought would give more a longer time frame to work on things I had learned while being with the trainer. I also wanted to reduce the monthly outlay so I could go longer period of time. Once again no big deal. I tried to call them an explain that I wanted to make a minor change. They said I signed the contract and they would not change it.

I next started looking at the contract. I found that they were not living up to there end of the contract. In the contract it says that a session with the trainer would be 30 minutes. They said it was 15 minutes even though that was not spelled out in the contract but what I told them was.

Clearly they wanted the contract to protect there rights but did not want to live up to there side of the deal.

They even said in the contract "FEES, RULES AND REGULATIONS (SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE)" I thought that was the whole point of the contract that "FEES, RULES AND REGULATIONS" cannot change otherwise what is the point of a contract.

The gym use to be called Golds Gym and did this type of crooked stuff. Now even though the name has changed they are doing the same thing.
