Well this site really got me i was stupid enough to believe the testimonials on the website i should have seen the warning signs.The site offers no contact information just telling you how They can set up papal accounts for you and other false advertising.

Well i looked at it for sometime and explored it ,since i live outside the USA i thought i would give it a try hoping that i would get my pay-pal account confirmed.No such luck.whatever you do don't fall for the testimonials they were most probably written to fool you.

I tried searching for information about this site and i couldn't find any so i thought to myself well  maybe this thing is actually legit.After paying 18 dollars to get my pay-pal account confirmed, i got as described the routing and account number as described on the website.This seems to have been an automated email "noreply@vccorder.com"

Now here is where it gets interesting i try contacting the technical support which turns out to be some guy on yahoo(i gave his address below), and suddenly the guy goes awal he wont respong to my questions  or anything because in order to confirm my account i need to get a certain amount which is credited on the account which i bought for 18 dollars.Technically it was only suppose to be for confirmation purposes but now i was ripped of 18 dollars.

This scam site is a one man show.The person even goes as far as issuing you with a receipt of payment.Once you have paid  you get this

Well i feel like a fool and i just want to warn anyone who is planning on using any of their services the whole site is a scam all of their services don't exist so be warned.This i'm sure has ripped of many foreigners and its just that people have reported it well as an old Islamic saying goes "A thief has forty days" and his forty days are up.
