VCS Computer stores ripoff lured by quantity not quality

I put in an order for my zsystems computer in March 16 2000 and had to wait for the first shipment (My monitor) 4-6 weeks.I was told in 10-14 days when my check clears I would receive my order in 1 week. on may 18 2000 i received the cpu with a dvd drive that never came with a software to use the dvd with.i called the vcs on numerous occasions about this and i was told i had the software installed in fact what i had was a temporary downloaded pcdj, cyberlink free trial version that expired after 30 days and when i tried to retrieve it was unable to.

i would have to pay for $$.$$ the software. when i called the again they said they couldn't help me i had to call the company where the dvd came from. well the company it came from Is in fact VCS!. the software i was promised, some i didn't get instead i got substitutes (old versions) my microphone hasn;t wworked properly with the camera.

called for help on all levels computer freeze, working the camera, not having the proper software for the scanner (Here i was told only canon could help me canon said it had nothing to do with the software, the keyboard was not working properly again VCS!.the computer since day one has given me nothing but grief all i got was busy signal peaople who couldn't help, didn't know how to help, or just refused to help please do not get a computer from this company they promise you alot for less money but its all either old, not working proerly and the service was the worst. never in home service never a call back never technical support one more thing everything was preinstalled not good, no backup
