Ok, this is a company from Pakistan that doesn't value their customers.  I purchased a plugin off Envato from them.  On the plugin purchase page, it doesn't clearly state that you need to know Ionic in order to implement this plugin for your site.  Their thing is to give minimal information and then charge people to custom implement it for you after you got stuck with the plugin.

They are going by Envato's terms by supplying a support ticket system etc...  But their support is not helpful.  Nor did they supply me a refund when they knew I could not implement this plugin because of lack of letting people know it is not a simple activate plugin deal.  They lost a customer over 14 dollars and constantly removing my one-star rating from Envato.  Envato is backing up their theft and low-level support they are pushing out.

If the would have refunded my 14 bucks I wouldn't have written this.  They are such trash they rather get a bad reputation over 14 dollars.

Their support for me was:  Google it that's all they told me and left it at that.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!  They sell their products with minimal information and if you don't figure it out beforehand you are stuck with something that doesn't work.  The cost, if you need help because you are stuck with it with no refund, is 300 bucks for them to custom implement it.

I didn't think they were dishonest until they wouldn't refund me my 14 bucks.
