Vegas Auto Glass Experts/ Rock Chick Auto Glass Horrible job & worst customer service ever. My 3 yr old could have done a better job. Never returned calls. Had to replace windshield! Save your $, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Las Vegas Nevada

I was driving with my toddler and a rock cracked my window.  I used Yelp to find someone in the Vegas area to fix my winshield.  Based on the reviews (which I now know must've been written by this company) I called Vegas Auto Glass Experts.  

I was told someone would be out to me in 20 minutes. I waited 1 hour in the Vegas heat.  When the employee, Crystal arrived, she began "repairing the windshield" It was obvious she had no idea what she was doing.  

When she finiished it looked like she stuck a piece of gum in a hole.  I was assured that it would dry and look "Crystal Clear".

It looked like my something my toddler did in preschool. When I called several times, I was told the owner, Crystal, would return my call. She never called & I finally ended up replacing the entire windsheild.  

All I can say is that I wouldn't trust Vegas Auto Glass Experts with any job.  Completely incompetent, unresponsive & an unprofessional company.

They also go by Rock Chick Auto Glass, I'm assuming they changed their name because of other bad reviews.

Call Safelite Auto Glass, I wish I did in the first place. Hope my review saves other consumers from wasting their money.
