Website buyveggetti.com clearly displays "Buy One Get One Free" "You Get 2 Veggetti Slicers plus Free Bonue Gourmet Recipe Guide for just $14.99 plus S & H.

As a senior citizen with a broken hand, I ordered four (4) Veggetti's on their website which according to their website, I'd get four (4) additional free excluding S & H.  Thought easier than trying to go to Walmart with broken hand.  Internet order was placed on Oct 29, 2014.

Nov 8, 2014 package delivered with only four (4) Veggetti's inside.

I have called 800-964-1225 (Ontel Products) on Nov. 12th, 18th, 19th and have yet to speak with live person.  Always on eternal hold.

On Nov 19th, I also called 855-602-7829 (Veggetti Customer Service) and get an instant busy signal.

On Nov 21st, called Ontel again and was instructed to call 973-439-9000 ext 231 (Veronica).  Called @ 3pm, left voicemail message.  Call has not been returned.

Email to Veggettics@worldpackusa.com on Nov. 13, 2014 questioning status of other four Veggetti's has gone unanswered.

Email to Veggettics@worldpackusa.com on Nov. 17th, 2014 questioning response to previous email has gone unanswered.

Email to Ontelproductscs@worldpackusa.com with cc to Vegettics@worldpackusa.com explaining entire situation and requesting assistance in getting order fixed has gone unanswered.

Fax to Ontel Products Corp Ofc (fax 973-439-0887) with copies of all emails (3 pages) was sent Nov. 19th @ 12:45pm CST.

On Nov. 24th, I received an email from Sanda @ worldpackusa instructing me to call customer services at 855-602-7829 (which is a number above that does not work).  Advised Sandra number doesn't work and asked if she could help me.  No response.

On Dec 2, 2014 @ 7:53am  I emailed my 3rd Request for assistance to Sandra while copying Veggettics@worldpackusa.com and ontelproducts@worldpackusa.com. 

Note on 12/2/14 @ 9:20am I sent an 11-page fax to Ontel stating I needed resolution today and for them to a).  ship the other four (4) Veggitti or to credit my credit card for one half of the charges being since it was Buy One Get One Free.

No response as of yet....

Coincidentally my credit card was compromised same week this order processed.

Funny how immediately after filing my Rip Off Report I rec'd phone call from a young lady named Yvonne who identified herself as a new customer service rep for Ontel.   She stated that the order dept claims I didn't process order correctly on web to get the BOGO ~ to which I advised her there was only one way to process an order on their website.  Period.  Stated they received my numerous faxes (lol) and that she didn't want me to think they were ignoring me or think I was being scammed.  Advised her those were my exact thoughts. 

She advised they would mail out the other four to me at no charge (because a).  I already paid for them..) and that it might take three weeks. Am happy to report my order was received yesterday.  I'm satisfied but will never buy from them again.  There's no reason for all the inconvenience. If you ever want to get someone's attention...blow up their fax machine.  Send. Resend.Send.Resend until they run out of paper...sooner or later someone will respond!
