Received a letter today from the Vehicle Services Dept. in Plano TX.  Same address as the 2017 post, & on pink paper.

Content of the small print has changed some since the 2013 post, as well as the address. 

But it's still the same scam, with a "gentle" threatening tone.  Letter indicates it was created on 1-2-2018.  Received it on 1-19-2018. 

Just wanted to let people know these people are still in business, and that it is a scam.
