Velasquez Mufflers & Brakes Manager- Saul Carrasco owner charged excessive storage fees at 50.00 per day immediatly after repairs were complete. after explaining that i was traveling for family emergency that included my 2 siblings being in critical condition, the owner with arrogance said he didn't care and it wasnt his problem. A business that treats its costomers this way is not deserving of the communities business. after returning from Texas Mr. Carraco wanted to charge me $1,200 for storage alone. this owner takes advantage of community residents by charging excessive fees in an area where people general cant handle 50 per day. he and his staff are rude and insensitive to its customers. i encourage people to stay away from this establishment for these reasons. i was faced with a major life determining situation that no one could foresee and yet out of greed and lies about the cost, i could not afford to pick up my vehicle. mr. carrasco filed a owner abundament lien with the state and now has my car up for sale at three times the cost of the repairs. do not use this establishment.
