I did an Old Navy time clock deinstall and site survey on the twelfth of December 2008. They have not paid, and will not answer phone calls or emails.
Apparently the use of Internal Revenue documents, ie W9's would indicate they are selling that information and there by using goverment documentation for illegal profits. Whether they are also circumventing the reporting of income in the process will have to be investigated by the I.R.S.
I would suggest anyone that has had dealings with this company write a letter to the Wisconson Attorney Generals office and lodge a formal complaint.
Further I would sugest emailing all listed people, jwuolett, jfuller, dmarheine@retaildeployment.com with as many references to bombs, terrorism, Al-Quida, pedofilia, assasination plots, etc...

Four techs posted here besides myself. Two got paid after a time. The difference is their persistence, their [semi?]-positive approach, and willingness to listen. Read Drew Drew Marheine's rebuttal on this site for background.

Like others, I did Gap & Old Navy de-installs/site surveys, cabling, etc. etc. over a three-month period. (Nov '08-Jan '09) Like other techs here, I endured slow-pay, no-pay, and a bounced check. Working with Drew, he made it all good with two PayPal payments over a two week period in mid-to-late-March 2009.

There are others out there ripping off techs, people and companies [who owe me major $$$] who are unwilling or unable to pay. Drew Marheine and RDS is/are not among the scammers and deadbeats. Drew has now paid me in full.

FYI - yes, I am posting this twice; it's in gratitude for finally getting paid! I've been chasing a few people since late Summer '08 for major $$$, and he's the only one to come through to-date.

Now i know that RDS are not sincere and they are big scam. I did 2 work for them and have not receive my payment up till date . They sent me a check which was returned unpaid.Drew the owner promised to pay after i told him but he did not pay.Here is a detailed conversation of all the emails i have sent and responses up till date. I believe am not the only Technician this is happening to.

Hello Mr Drew,

Check number 006204 dated 12/26/2008 was returned unpaid and you promised to send a certified check overnight tuesday Jan 27th. Till today 8th of febuary, i have not received the check with the charges incured.I know in USA it is illegal to send a bounced check to a client and it is also criminal not to pay for services rendered. I will advise you to send in my check before the end of the week .

It has become obvious that you don't want to pay me my money. And i believe you are doing this on purpose. I have asked for my money more than 25 times. I really don't know why you are not paying your technicians their dues. I am a guy that don't quit and i will go all length to get my money and also the damages to me and my family regarding this issue.
