Verizon Communications - fios - landline Verizon Horror story DSL, Landline, Fios, Verizon Communications, Bad credit New York New York

In about 05/2007 I signed up with verizon DSL and then got a home phone line. I thought is was great. Well, I figured Id get rif home the home line so, I called Verizon and told them I just wanted DSL. Well, It took several called but I thoght they fixed it. Well, They didnt. Verizon left the phone line in without me knowing for about 3 months.

One day I found my DSL not working, so I called Verizon and was told that I didnt pay my phone bill so they shut off both my DSl and phone. I tryed to call them back to dispute the bill. Called several times kept getting their awful menu system. Try it sometime 18005676789. Anyways, Ill get to the point. I recieved harrassing calls from their collection agency.

I recently fount out they reported me to experian and lowered my credit score by 80 points. They have basically runied my credit and my life. I was just trying to buy a new car and could not get the loan because of what verizon did. Their phoney collection agency would call me and I would be like Id like to work something out. id ask them if it was going on my credit report. They lied and told me just to pay the bill. That very day I got a credit alert and saw that on my credit file. Their collection agency number is 623-931-5410.

Dont believe anything they say complete liars. **If there any attorneys out there please feel free to contact me. As I have plans to sue this company and if there are other consumers out there out there and had this happen please contact me. Mabye this could go to a class action suit.** They also Fradutently billed me in august, I thought I was paying on my DSL and they put if to the the phone bill.
