I was contacted by RipOffReport because Veronica Clark purchased their VIP Arbitration service which I think cost at least $2,000 in order to get my claims against her removed from www.ripoffreport.com or parts redacted.

She provided statements from co-workers on how her character is so great, an email from me when we were dating requesting a favor for a loan that would have been backed by Real Estate and records of my arrests from the 1990s. The arrests were for driving with a suspended license, fraud and dealing in stolen properties. Actually, I never knew that I was arrested for dealing in stolen property, not until I saw the arrest report that Veronica Clarke sent into RIpOffReport, so I must question the validity of that claim. For the record, I never dealt in stolen property or defrauded anyone nor were convicted of such crimes.

REASON FOR ARRESTS - From 1996-2000 and before prepaid cellular phones were available to the public. My corporation went into contract with mobile phone companies in order to resell to persons with bad credit.

CONCEPT – Phones were obtained under a three year contract for free and with a monthly service fee of $20. The phones were sold to customers for $211. Customers had to sign a service contract for three years and pay a monthly service fee of $30, plus any minutes they used that went over the monthly minute plan. One hundred dollars was placed in a Reserve Fund account, for any broken agreement by the customer. Ten dollars ($10) from the $30 was profit for the company.

The concept was a blockbuster and immensely popular! I started receiving harassment from the Police; they would visit my place of business, arrest me, take me to the Police Station and release me. The charges were always dropped. On one occasion, a detective visited my office and insisted that I have connections with a drug dealer, I had to laugh is claim off and call him a Keystone Cop. The harassments happened a few times. A low level manager in the mobile company informed me that mobile shops don’t like what I’m doing.

I drove Porsches and other high-end automobiles. I constantly got pulled over for no reason at all. Each time an excuse was made and allowed to drive off. I simply stayed cool during the harassment stops and was expected every time I went on the road.

I switched mobile company and worked out a deal with a Sales Manager to supply 100 phones per week at $4,000. Payment was made, the company cashed the cheque, delivered the phones. I started making plans to expand the concept to other cities, then nationally. A few weeks later, the Sales Manager contacted me and stated that her manager will not honor the agreement any longer and her manager wanted to have a meeting with me.

The manager came to my office and we had a short meeting in the conference room. From his tone, I knew he was a racist and I ended the meeting. About a week or two later I was arrested and charged with fraud for the same phones I paid for. I was given a plea deal of 2-3 years, which I refuse, because I will not plead guilty to a crime I did not do! I knew that something was going on behind the scene and I was being railroaded. I left the U.S. to deal with this issue another day, which was an excellent and wise decision!!!

We now know how racist the Criminal Justice System is in America, imagine Florida in the 1990s?

This is the legal issue that Veronica Clarke is trying to use to cover herself against my claims, because she knows that my claims are 100% correct and will be proven in the near future.

CONCLUSION - I responded to RipOffReport and informed them I will only participate in the arbitration only if Veronica Clarke is willing to take a polygraph test, because if she knows that my claims are false, she has nothing to worry about.

They responded and acted as if I’m being unreasonable. This is a very serious issue, because Federal Grant money is involved. RipOffReport is not the right avenue to voice these claims at this stage. I’m now in contact with IG that handles Federal Grant Frauds. The illegal prescription drug that I have in my possession, will be sent to the Police Department in Chicago etc.

Veronica Clarke – CEO TCA Health Chicago – Illegal Distribution of Prescription Drugs

Veronica Clarke and unfortunately some staff from TCA Health Chicago has conspired to try and label me as a liar and a criminal that tried to extort money from her. In another post, I requested that Veronica or anyone to post words from me that I’ve sent via email, text messages or verbally trying to extort money. This was never done, because if this is true, she would had posted it a long time ago.

I was purchasing land to construct a timeshare resort and an unexpected situation arise regarding a parcel a land that adjoin the lots I was purchasing. The cost for the additional lot was 35K. I wouldn’t have this amount in liquidity, not until a few weeks later and I had a short time frame to take ‘First Option’ on the sale.

Veronica is trying to twist this business loan request as an extortion. If she would had agreed, the loan would be guaranteed by Real Estate and the loan money would be paid directly to the sellers law firm that is handling the sale. All was explained to Veronica Clark in a detailed email letter. The seller of the land and law firms are well respected organizations in Jamaica and her close friend (Phillip), I semi-hired to help in the project.

I have never tried to extort money from Veronica and I have emails that can prove this. She is only trying to cover her a*s, because I exposed her and she knows why she was exposed!!! I’m sure many in Chicago appreciate the details I’ve provided on her. The eight that was fired from TCA Health a few months ago, they should take legal action. Because the cause was not justified based on my conversations with Veronica.

Since Veronica Clarke and her associates wish to take this situation to another level, I will oblige then!

ILLEGAL DISTRIBUTION OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS

Before Veronica Clarke came to our vacation in Jamaica, I asked her to bring a bottle of Aleve 12 Hours pain killer. Veronica recommended that she can get more powerful pain killer, because she always get them for friends. She was asked how this is done, she stated, Doctor/s at TCA Health write prescriptions for her, she fill them, give the drugs to the individual/s. Note – I don’t recall exactly if Veronica stated a Doctor or Doctors.

At first I was interested, then I remembered how Michael Jackson, Prince and others died, so I decided not to get any pain killer that is powerful. Veronica brought a market known pain killer drug, but this was 800mg per tablet and a prescription was required.

Procuring prescriptions drugs under false pretense is a State and Federal felony, for the procurer and Doctor that wrote the prescription.

Naturally Veronica and her associates will state, I’m making this up…well, I have the Walgreens prescription bottle right here with me! I also believe that I may have text messages regarding this subject.

My claims against Veronica Clarke are 100% accurate and I don’t tell lies!!!

I challenge Veronica Clarke to take polygraph test for her to prove to the citizens of Chicago that she’s honest and I’m the one being malicious with false claims. I will gladly do the same at any reputable organization in Jamaica, Mexico, E.U. country or later this year when I’m in the United States.

The only mind that is disgusting is Veronica Clark’s mind, based on the repulsive words that came from her mouth. I’ve dated many women from various countries, cultures, age groups and income levels…none of them have never uttered the repulsive things that Veronica Clarke said to me. You think I’m making this up, I have Veronica’s own words to confirm what I’ve stated about swallowing c*m etc.  

You levy accusation while retaining anonymity. Levy your accusation that I’m an extortionist with your real name and facts, such as words I’ve used or email messages. I know none can be provided, because this is the only strategy that Veronica and her associates can use to discredit the truth about her.

Her only defense since she has been exposed is to lie and state I've tried to extort money from her. Veronica, simply post any messages from me or any words I've said to you in regards to extorting money.

I've been a business man with a comfortable living for over 30 years. You came back into my life by chance, remember, you waived at me to get my attention. I did not go seeking you out. On two occasions (2000 Jamaica / 2003 Mexico) after two days, I stop taking you seriously on each occasion, because you projected acted like a s**t. Veronica Clarke – I gave you ample opportunity for this not to go public! The only thing I wanted you to do is to mentor and take to plays / operas persons from the community TCA Health is servicing. Your attitude forced me to expose you to the public.

As expected, you cannot provide proof to the public that I've attempted to extort someone and this will have serious legal repercussions for you and the company you're representing. I'm seeking legal representation in the United States in order to take action against you for defamation, libel and slander. Don't think you're able to hide behind the internet, you will be identified!!!

It was ill-fated that I crossed paths with an individual who is a fraud and tried to extort funds from me. I first met the accuser several years ago and ran into him again on a recent trip to Jamaica. I have heard many stories of women who get ‘taken’ and seniors who are scammed. It was beyond my wildest imagination that I would find myself in a position of attempted extortion and public defamation. This can happen to anyone…. so please take this as a note of caution, as well as a personal apology to all who read this report. The accuser scripted a personal attack on my character and called my business dealings into question. This was his means of revenge when I would not give him the money he requested. It remains incomprehensible to me that someone could take such action.

This report was brought to my attention by two colleagues to whom I am grateful. They were extremely supportive as they immediately recognized my innocence. I am hoping all of you will do the same. I worked a lifetime to gain your respect and trust and will double-down on this path should my integrity and fidelity come into question. I'm not a stranger to Veronica Clarke and I’ve been knowing her since 2000. I ended the relationship with Veronica Clark due to the way she behaved on our Jamaica vacation and a her constant mentioning of doing favors for the Mark individual in TCA Health, that she mentioned on numerous occasions as not doing a good job. So no one is jilted!

I'm not a racists...I have mixed children and my step father is white and we never had any issues since my mother got married to him in 1987. I date all races and nationalities, but nothing beats a dark complexion and tall black female!!! But as a black man, I will call-out blatant disrespect by blacks in position that could help other blacks to get in the corporate world or help achieve a higher education.

Veronica Clark was called-out weeks before any issues developed with her when I asked, if she goes out with any black people. It appears the only defense she has is trying to state I tried to extort monies from her, which is a lie. Person with good reading comprehension skills, simply review all my information on Veronica Clarke and you’ll ascertain that I did not make any attempts to extort her!

For the record - I have no issues with TCA Health, because they are doing a valuable service to low-income communities, but I and others have a problem with any executive in TCA Health looking down on others in the community with disdain!!!

This sounds like you were jilted and looking to charge back. Your lousy spelling and poor grammar discredits your claims. Your anger comes through loud and clear; being a good Samaritan was just a front and cover-up. Above all, when someone makes accusations as you did, they need to first be thoroughly examined. Seriously, you've never even been in Chicago, let alone TCA - you live in Jamaica and are making claims about someone who is a long distance away.

Since you claim I’m extorting someone in the company and I’m assuming you mean Veronica Clarke? Why does Veronica Clarke find the need to update me to confirm she took someone from the community to an event, other than that Mark person that is in TCA Health collecting a salary for being a mediocre worker?

Veronica Clarke is simply embarrassed that people in the black community really knows her real character and her gesture to take the individual to the play, I don’t believe it’s sincere!!! Additionally Veronica Clarke is stating lies that I tried to extorit and legal action will be taken.

Veronica Clarke and I spoke for at least 3 hours via video chat every evening for 6 weeks and never once she discussed mentoring someone from the community. I was never convicted in Florida of any crime. I was falsely charged in 2000 for something that should be a civil matter. The following is the full details of the charge against me that I’ve been planning to fight, even before coming in contact with Veronica Clarke. Ms. Clarke was given a full explanation of the case and informed that I’ll be taking action in the coming months. She was not informed about the fraud charge. I told her that I’ve told her 95% of everything and I have 5% left to tell her at the right time, which I thought it would have been on the vacation. I do suspect that she did a google search and found the case online when we were on good terms, but never brought it up.

In the late 1990s, pre-paid mobile phone was not available for the general public, persons had to have good credit in order to get a mobile phone. This left out millions of low income and person with poor credit from getting a mobile phone.

I saw a business opportunity that would allow persons with bad credit to get a new mobile phone through my company. I would simply go into contract with the mobile phone company and obtain activated mobile phones. The public was charged $211, plus $30 monthly fee. The monthly service fee was actually $20, the added $10 is monthly profit for my company. Persons are locked into a 24-36 months contract.

A female sale representative from a mobile company visited my office in Orlando. She was given a detailed explanation of my concept and what I’ll be doing with the phones. We agreed that her company will supply my company 100 phones per week at $4,000 per 100 activated phones.

The initial agreement was signed on the spot, $4,000 paid with a cheque that the mobile company cashed. The 100 activated phones we delivered and distributed to my customers.

Before the second set of 100 phones were delivered, the sales representative contacted me and stated that her company will not honor the agreement any longer because they did not like that I was marketing to the phones to the general public. I stated that I fully explained my concept, you took the $4,000 cheque that your company cashed and delivered the activated phone.

The sale representative stated that her manager made the decision and the manager would like to have a meeting with me. Her manager, an elderly white male…we had a meeting in my conference room and is underlying tone was dismissive and I immediately sensed that this person was a racist and resented that I was in a position to generate wealth via the company he’s working for. He simply came to the meeting to see who was behind the operation and not to honor the agreement. I ended the meeting, because he was trying to imply that I was doing something illegal.

Weeks later, I was arrested and charged for fraud based on this business deal. A lawyer was obtained. Before the trial, my lawyer stated that the prosecutor is offering a plea deal of 2-3 years sentence if I pleaded guilty or take the chance risk serving 7-10 years if found guilty. I stated that I will not plead guilty to a crime that I did not commit and these charges are simply chump-up charges and should be a civil matter and not a criminal case that everyone agrees that it should be.

I made it clear to my lawyer that I will fight these bogus charged that were brought against me due to racism and instructed her to proceed with preparing my defense. My plan was to win the case and take legal action against the company and manager for defamation, plus legal action against the State of Florida for false prosecution.

One week before the trial, I discovered that my lawyer was not preparing the case as planned. I made a decision to fight this another day because I know how racist how the Criminal Justice System is in the United States and especially in Florida.

Now I’m seeing my mug-shot via a google search and this is the reason for posting this explanation. I made the right decision not to go to trial and it was a good one. For the last two decades and with the advent of internet/social media, has shown everyone how biased the Criminal Justice System is against Black Americans and other minorities in the United States.

In this current climate and with my added knowledge, I know that I’ll win my case if and whenever it comes to this.

April 16, 2018 - The arrangements are being made to visit Floriday in order to resolve this issue. I'm confident that I'll prevail!!!
