Versailles Hearing Beware of Business taking advantage of senior citizens Versailles Missouri

Versailles Hearing / Columbia Hearing Center has taken advantage of several senior citizens. They proudly advertise Money Back Guarantee to lure unsuspecting customers. After racking up a bill of thousands of dollars and being unable to meet customers expectations; they REFUSE to refund ANY monies paid. They only cite their sales receipt stating, Versaillies Hearing allows a 45-day trial period to evaluate if the hearing aid(s) enables the patient to hear better and if they provide comfort. They interpret this to mean that THEY Versaillies has 45 days, and the customer MUST keep the aids for 45 days. I don't know where their business insights come from, but trial periods/evaluation periods are for consumer protection and satisfaction! The consumer, by signing this sales receipt, has done nothing more than entered into a conditional agreement. The consumer, by keeping the aids for ANY amount of time and returning the aids within the 45-day trial period has completed their good faith effort under this conditional contract. Several senior citizens have been taken for their money by these two Hearing Centers.
