I purchased gift cards 3/1/05, expecting $5 per $25 gift card purchased returned to account at end of month as agreed. Membership has autorenewal - automatically renewed without action required on my part. Membership cancelled by them 3/4/05 without notifying me. They claim unable to authorize membership fee so cancelled membership WITHOUT contacting me. They are REFUSING to honor the benefit ($5 per gift card) because THEY cancelled the membership WITHOUT my consent or knowledge even though transaction was completed AFTER cancellation date.
