I ordered C5 Corvette HID headlights from vette-hid.com on 23 October 2006. Payment was accepted on 26 October 2006. Payment was made thru Pay-Pal and accepted by Robert A Siegrist.
Mr. Siegrist's web address is bsiegritst@comcast.net. Receipt #3478-4896-5320-3622. Transaction #31W7635289527563G thru Pay-Pal.
I contacted the web address when it was functional at sales@vette-hid.com and have had numerous responses from a Mr. Williamson who now says he is the new owner of the company having purchased it from Mr. Brian Stange.
Mr. Williamson has stated on numerous occasions that he would refund my money which he has not done nor have I received the product. I have receipts for all transactions as well as printing all e-mails between myself and sales@vette-hid.com, aka. Mr. Williamson
I have been told by several suppliers of Corvette accessories that there is a problem with this company. I'm still awaiting a full refund. The current web address says it's under construction with new owners etc.
The company uses Canadian auto parts, assembly in California and at Vette-ID, Texas. Corvettefever magazine published an article back in their March 2006 issue.
Bottom line is Mr. Williamson & vette-hid.com are rip-off artists. Mr. Williamson has told me numerous times he would refund my money. He flat lied. I'll haul them into court to retrieve my refund.
I'll never use Pay-Pal again they have been of no help.

What rubbish. There is nothing here but wind, complete fabrication. No cancelled checks, no written order, no shipping information, no documentation of any form. And in 2009 we were internet only and found through search engines, there were no magazine ads of any kind including magazines on-line.
