Via Bella Salon N/A Worst Experience of my life. They burned my face and I lost hair due to their lack of experience. I was in the salon for 5 hours! Woodhaven, Michigan

I took my children and I to this salon due to the review I seen on the internet. What a big mistake! I told the stylist Rachel what colors i wanted and we started with the highlights. While she was doing my hair I asked them to highlight my children and they did. My son was supposed to get bleach blond highlightswhich shouldnt have been a problem considering his hair was light already and the highlights were yellow! I ignored it and then when my highlights were done I looked in the mirror and it was a MESS. My blonds were orange, you couldnt see the red i had put in and I told her you couldnt even tell i got highlights....so she said ok what do you want (after 21/2-3hours there)

I told her the same exact thing i wanted the last time. I had dark hair so she tried telling me its not going to show.....(i had them done elsewhere last summer and it turned out great). So she said she was going to bleach again. I agreed. After another 2 hours and sitting under the heating machine (for along time while she was talking on the phone for a 1/2 hour) she came to tell me I was done and took me to wash my hair. I felt like the side of my face by my hairline was burning, i once again ignored it until she started brushing my hair and it started FALLING OUT!

Well 5 hours later I went to pay her and noticed that i forgot my purse. After being yelled at asnd talked to like a child they told me I needed to pay by tomorrow or else! I went home,  when i noticed the side of my face had a large burn mark (from the bleach she left on so long) and more hair missing underneath!

 I decided not to go back and pay this salon. Figuring if they want to take me to court, let them. I took pics with my phone and both my children seen the hair and burn marks. So I would fight them in court. Needless to say they (the salon) called a family member of mine and started telling them all the information and how they were going to call the police. This family member just told them that they dont know me and they kept giving out my personal information etc (deflamation).

Today I heard there was a voicemail stating my name, potential criminal charges are going to be filed against me for larceny?! This is outright wrong and I cant believe they went thru all of this considering they messed up my sons hair and made me lose mine!

I would strongly urge those seeking a good salon to take their business elsewhere!
