Vicara Aveda Salon Poor Management & Untrained Hairdressers El Segundo California

Having had a haircut asked by a Master Stylist I came home to discover underneath all the hairdressing products irregular spots where hair was not sectioned or cut in an uniform way.  Results were a haircut which accentuated my problem areas, which were specified to be of the nature and the Master Stylist ensured they would observe...this Salon has several locations and it appears to be random as to what a client might receive as the final result of the service.  The management and owners of the company too have a reputation and a history of unprofessional behavior unethical business practices, with actual lawsuits and complaints.  This is an honest and accurate reporting for the salon and the company.
